If your contract requires you to move out of your university accommodation, but you still need somewhere to stay in Exeter, there are a few options you can look into.

Accommodation options to consider

1. Studentpad

Studentpad is a free online service that can help you find private student accommodation in Exeter.

You can use it to search for house shares, rooms for rent, flats and purpose-built student accommodation. You can also contact landlords, arrange viewings and connect with other students who are looking for accommodation.

2. University bed and breakfast

During some vacation periods, the University may offer a bed and breakfast service within selected residences.

This can be a useful option if you only need somewhere to stay for a short period. Check what’s available and book online.

3. Airbnb

If you only need to stay for a few extra days, you could also consider booking an Airbnb.

There are usually a range of options available, so you can look for something that suits your budget, location and length of stay.
